Telephone and Voicemail
Jabber is available to SRJC Employees who need to make/receive phone calls remotely. Jabber Account request form.
If you need to manage your voicemail box, launch the Voicemail Web Portal within Horizon.The voicemail page has more ways to manage your voicemail box.
- Zoom is a software-based video and audio collaboration system. During campus closures: if you don't have a Zoom Pro account, contact Nate Musser in Media Services.
- Microsoft Teams, an application included in Office 365, provides video chat functionality for members of a team, and is useful for collaboration across faculty and staff.
There are many applications that support chat functionality. We suggest that your department identify a preferred method and use it for intradepartmental communication.
