Ensure that your SRJC credentials are up to date. If you have an expired password, you will need to reset your password before proceeding.

Some services and applications are only available while connected through the SRJC network. Employees can access these through VMWare Horizon or GlobalProtect VPN. The IT department recommends using:

  • VMWare Horizon - Escape (cloud access), SIS, SARS, PRPP, Filemaker Pro, Remote Desktop
  • GlobalProtect VPN - Escape (locally installed), X: Drive, Dept. Shared Drive, Jabber.

A remote access service is not required for web-based SRJC resources and services, such as Student and faculty web portalSRJC websiteCanvas and Office 365. These can all be accessed from your home computer using a web browser.

Software for
Personal Devices

The IT department has arranged for all SRJC employees to be able to download and install O365 and Adobe applications on their personal devices.
