Before you get started, you will need:

• Mailbox ID (extension number)
• Voicemail PIN

Note: When you log into your mailbox the voice mail system will automatically play any new messages first. Once that is complete, you will be presented with additional options.

To access voice mail from your assigned District phone

1. Press the message button or dial 4999
2. Enter your Voicemail PIN, press #

To access voice mail from another District phone

1. Press the message button or dial 4999
2. When the system answers, press *
3. Enter your Mailbox ID, press #
4. Enter your Voicemail PIN, press #

To access voice mail from off campus

1. Dial (707) 527-4999
2. When the system answers, press *
3. Enter your Mailbox ID, press #
4. Enter your Voicemail PIN, press #
