The district internet service provider is experiencing a widespread issue and service is degraded. Access to internet-based resources both to and from SRJC sites is affected.

Microsoft Office 365 for Employees at Home

As part of the District's Microsoft Volume Licensing, employees of SRJC are able to download and install Microsoft Office Suite on up to 5 personal devices.
It is recommended to uninstall pre-installed versions or copies of Microsoft Office products before downloading and installing the provided O365 products.

Reminder: Access to Microsoft Office 365 on personal devices is only available while actively employed with SRJC.

All SRJC employees have access to Microsoft O365 applications through the web.  If you need to install the applications for offline use an upgrade to your assigned Microsoft license my be required.  For questions about local installation of these applications please contact the SRJC Help Desk at 707-524-1765 or Create a Support Request

Download and Installation
 
  1. Visit your Microsoft365 Apps & Devices page and login with your SRJC E-mail Credentials
  2. Click on Install Office
  3. Save or Run the installer package
  4. Open the installer and follow the prompts until the installation is complete
  5. Launch Office and login with your SRJC credentials
