If your device is failing to connect to SRJC Wireless
If your device is registered but is still not connecting to SRJC Wireless, your device may have a randomized WIFI/MAC Address feature turned on. This will stop your device from connecting to our wireless network properly. Please follow the instructions provided to Disable Randomized WiFI/MAC Address.
Santa Rosa Junior College is pleased to provide students with a secured wireless network experience. Students who register their personal devices (up to 3) through the SRJC Student Device Portal will be able to connect to the encrypted SRJC Wireless network and maintain wireless connectivity throughout the SRJC campuses.
Before attempting to register your device, students should have the following information on hand:
- SID (Student ID) and password
- Wi-Fi/MAC Address of your personal device (XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX)
- For help finding this information, click here.
Adding Your Device
- From a computer, navigate to the SRJC Student Device Portal.
- You will be prompted to enter your SID and password.
