Staff
- Password Portal Assistance
This portal is for your SRJC Account, which is the same account you use to log into a District managed computer. Your username is the first portion of your email address.
For example, if your email address is jdoe@santarosa.edu, your username is jdoe.
Faculty Best Practice: Use your SRJC Account to log into your Faculty Portal, not your SID.Comprehensive information and help for the Password Portal is available here.
If your password is expired/forgotten and you are not registered to use the SRJC Password Portal, please contact the IT Help Desk.
- Help with Canvas
Your SRJC Account is used to log into Canvas. If you need further assistance with logging into Canvas, please contact the IT Help Desk.

- Help with Zoom
Zoom supports SSO (Single Sign On) with your SRJC Account, but you will need to ensure that you click on the SSO option when logging in. You will be asked for the company domain - it is santarosa-edu.

The Escape Employee Online Portal does not use your SRJC Account.
