VMWare Horizon has a feature that enables users to print to any available printer connected to their Windows client computers. This feature is referred to as VMWare Virtual Print and works on the VMWare Horizon Client only.

This feature supports using a networked printer or a USB printer that is attached to your computer. Printing an open document through the Horizon Client works just like printing from a local application.

I am unable to install the client, can I still print?

Yes, if your computer is connected to a printer, you can still print a file. However, you will not be able to do it from the Horizon HTML version.

In order to print a document, you will need to transfer the file from the Horizon environment to your computer. Once transferred, you can open the file locally on your computer and perform your print job.
