File Depot is a secure file exchange service available to Santa Rosa Junior College faculty and staff. This service enables users to share files with others in a secure manner. Shared files can be made available to anyone with a link or protected via a password.

Features

File Depot includes the following:

• 1GB of Secured Storage - Organize and store 1GB of data
• Drag and Drop - Easily transfer folders/files from your computer to File Depot by dragging and dropping them into the browser.
• Share Files via link - Links can be sent to individuals or groups. These links can be configured to be password protected and/or have an expiration date.
• Meta Tag Support - Efficiently manage files by using tags.
