Before you can begin receiving voice mail messages, you will need to complete the mailbox enrollment process. Use one of the methods below to complete the self-enrollment process.
Before you get started, you will need:
- Mailbox ID (extension number)
- Temporary Voicemail PIN (sent to you via email)
Note: If you hang up before you have completed the enrollment process, none of your changes will be saved.
To configure voice mail from your assigned District phone
- Press the message button or dial 4999
- When the system answers, enter your temporary PIN, press #
- Follow the prompts to complete the setup process. You will be asked to set a recorded name, standard greeting, and new PIN
To configure voice mail from another District phone
- Press the message button or dial 4999
- When the system answers, press *
- Enter your Mailbox ID, press #
- Enter your temporary PIN, press #
- Follow the prompts to complete the setup process. You will be asked to set a recorded name, standard greeting, and new PIN
To configure voice mail from off campus
- Dial (707) 527-4999
- When the system answers, press *
- Enter your Mailbox ID, press #
- Enter your temporary PIN, press #
- Follow the prompts to complete the setup process. You will be asked to set a recorded name, standard greeting, and new PIN
