ServiceDesk Plus is a web-based service management application used by several SRJC departments for service requests and incident reports. Please see the instructions below on how to log into ServiceDesk Plus.
- In any browser, navigate to https://support.santarosa.edu
- Select the ‘ADMINSRJC’ domain
- Enter your username
- Enter your password
- Click ‘Log In’
If have any problems logging into ServiceDesk Plus and have confirmed that your username and password are correct, please clear your browser cache and try again.
