Service Description

A Bearcubs email account provides you with an email address with @bearcubs.santarosa.edu domain address. This account is a G-Suite (Google) account and provides access to Google's application suite and additional benefits.

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service?

Active Faculty, Staff, and Students are eligible for a Bearcubs email account.

How to Request Service?

For students, you will need to be fully matriculated before being eligible for a Bearcubs email account. You can view detailed instructions for matriculation through the Steps for Students Webpage. Once you are fully matriculated, please submit an online service request.

For faculty and staff, please submit an online service request.
