PRINTER OPTIONS & PRICING
OPTION 1 (RECOMMENDED)
For multifunction devices (Print, Scan, Copy, and Fax), departments should lease a Kyocera printer through Discovery Office Systems via the SRJC Purchasing department. This is the recommended option and these devices can be shared with the entire department to cut down on device cost. Leasing pays for support, toner, and maintenance, and is very cost efficient for the department.
Service and Support: Discovery Office Systems will have a support contract that will assist you with the printer.
OPTION 2
For print only devices, you can choose to purchase a print-only HP laser printer. Below are printers recommended by the IT department. If none of the recommended printers meet your needs, please contact the IT department for further assistance.
