The IT Department provides some items as part of our Equipment Loaner Program to All SRJC Employees.
Equipment available for checkout at the IT Help Desk includes:
- Laptops (PC and Mac)
- Mice & Keyboards
- USB-C Display Adapters
During this period of Working Remotely, we have added additional checkout devices:
- All-in-One Computers
- Document Cameras
Loaner equipment may be checked out for a specific amount of time (up to 2 weeks) to give an employee access to equipment on a short-term basis. Please note that this loaner is not provided to function as a replacement for existing equipment. A limited supply of loaner equipment is available for check out.
During this period of Working Remotely, the check out time frame has been extended until this period has ended. If you find that you are no longer in need of the loaner, please return the equipment per the return guidelines stated below.
Prior to checking out equipment, you must:
- Complete the SRJC Equipment Loaner Form.
- Be sure to fill out all of the required information on the form.
- Provide a form of official identification (with photograph), such as state issued driver's license, if asked.

Equipment Return Process
Note: If you are returning a computer, the IT department will not be responsible for any files left on the computer when it is returned. Upon return, a technician will perform a drive wipe and remove any files located on the computer.
There is no need to schedule an appointment to return your loaned equipment. The IT Department is currently accepting loaner equipment returns at the following location and times:
Santa Rosa Campus, Bussman Hall, Room 1434, Monday and Wednesday between 10am - 3pm
