ServiceDesk Plus is a web-based service management application used by several SRJC departments for service requests and incident reports.
Recently, IT has made some updates to ServiceDesk Plus to improve security. This has affected the way users log into the application. Users will still continue to utilize their SRJC computer account information to login. Please see the instructions below on how to log into ServiceDesk Plus.
Logging into ServiceDesk Plus:
- In any browser, navigate to https://support.santarosa.edu
- Select the ‘ADMINSRJC’ domain
- Enter your username
- Enter your password
- Click ‘Log In’
If have any problems logging into ServiceDesk Plus and have confirmed that your username and password are correct, please clear your browser cache and try again.
