The IT Help Desk is committed to providing a comprehensive support structure for all SRJC employees. With less than a handful of technicians and thousands of employees, we understand that you may feel uncomfortable contacting the Help Desk to ask a question.

ASK IT! is a general assistance service aimed at providing SRJC employees with an opportunity to engage with a technician in an informal manner. A technician will be available to answer questions or provide some technical insight. Here are some examples of the topics that our technicians will be available to address:

Space is limited to ensure that our technician has enough time to answer the questions of those in the room. We look forward to working with you!
